Conducted intensive gap analysis that compared the "as-delivered" functionality of  MAXIMO 5.2^® (transportation) to the requirements of FedEx's Feeder Aircraft Operations. Activities included: (1) providing advice and guidance in closing identified gaps,  (2) Educating technical staff in Maximo functionality and java objects, (3) developing technical specifications, and (4) delivering turnkey code solutions.

Also developed custom training documentation for all Maximo applications and performed on-site, end-user training for FedEx maintenance personnel


Deployed and implemented MAXIMO 5.2^® for the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection's Aviation Management Unit. Replacing a legacy aircraft maintenance system, Maximo is now used to manage the maintenance program of all of the unit's fire fighting and fire support aircraft. MMSI performed all aspects of this complex implementation including a needs assessment study and gap analysis, implementation planning, conversion of legacy data, system design and configuration, customization of over 50 JSP pages, development of over 20 Actuate reports, design and implementation of all standard operating procedures, end-user and system administrator training, and testing.


Provided comprehensive, on-site training program for this public utility in MAXIMO 6^® System Administration. Topics included Database Configuration, Application Designer, Maximo installation and Setup, Organization setup, and much more.

The system includes 11 garage facilities, a headquarters building, and 3 transportation centers. Performed all aspects of implementation including a site assessment study, implementation planning, data collection, data preparation, data entry, system design and configuration, custom reporting, training, and testing. More recently selected to provide MAXIMO 4^® to MAXIMO 6^® upgrade services.
